Shipping policy for books - Eduyush
How long does it take to process an order for hard copy books?
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. Understand that we are a team of humans working with human hands and brains. We aren't perfect.
If your order is in by midnight, we usually ship the subsequent day except for Sundays.
If a package is not delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Eduyush! is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur to reroute or reship the package.
How long does it take to ship books?
We ship hardcopy books in India only. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live down the street from us in New Delhi, you'll get it faster than in Trivandrum. Our courier companies quote but do not guarantee 2-7 business days for domestic delivery.
If you wish to arrange a book for delivery out of India, we suggest you get it delivered to a friend or relatives in India. We do not process international couriers.
Usually, you should receive the books as per the following timelines from the date of your order (excluding Sundays)
4-7 days -Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune
5-8 days - Other cities excluding north-east
7-10 days - North-east
Which courier services do you use?
We want you to receive the book both safe and fast. We don't cut corners on our courier services. All books are couriered using either delhivery.com or amazon shipping. In the event your location is not serviceable by these couriers, we find an alternate reputed courier.
Do you charge for shipping?
All our shipping is free anywhere in India
How do I track my order for books?
When your order has shipped, you will receive notifications via email and SMS from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within 7-10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, don't hesitate to contact us at learn@eduyush.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for it you.
